International tours

Iceland
We carried out workshops with disabled musicians in Rejkavic and Alkirare. Drake then toured with a group of blind dancers – Salamander Tandem - and our disabled musicians in England: staying at the Parkhouse Cheshire Home in Sandringham, and running courses in London, Cardiff and Devon (at Hazelwood House).

Spain
Presentation to Music Therapists at one of their first world conferences. Andrew Cleaton, Ross Kirk from York University, and Adele went to Vittoria Gasteiz.

Italy
Members of the Irish team – Michelle and Cormac O’kane went with Adele to Borgogne to present work at an international conference of teachers.

Spain
Andrew Cleaton, Ross Kirk, and Adele went to Vittoria Gasteiz in Northern Spain to perform at an international conference.

USA
The English and Irish teams carried out workshops and performances in a number of cities, including Chicago and Ohio.

Canada
Tim Anderson and Clare Smith, our Senior Tutor in England, presented a paper at an adaptive technology conference in Vancouver.

Australia
Adele presented our work at a poster session in Melbourne for the Australian Cerebral Palsy Society.
